Arensky’s Piano Trio No. 1 draws the audience into the dreamlike world of late Romanticism, while Shostakovich’s First Piano Trio, with its striking contrasts and rapid shifts, pulls us back into a powerful and gripping reality. Leonard Bernstein’s “Dream with Me” captures the longings of the post-war era and continues to inspire listeners to dream even today.

The program is further enriched by jazz, tango nuevo, and ballads by Astor Piazzolla, Peter Ludwig, and Florian Willeitner, adding fresh colors and rhythmic vitality.
